The Power Platform Solutions Architect

- Will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable and secure business solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform.
- This role focuses on leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, and Dataverse to drive digital transformation and process automation.
- The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring robust integrations with existing systems and adherence to governance and security standards.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design:

- Develop end-to-end architecture strategies that utilize Power Platform technologies to meet business objectives.
- Design scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Create technical designs, prototypes, and architectural blueprints for Power Platform solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration with other systems such as Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Azure services, and third-party applications.

Implementation & Development:

- Lead the development of custom applications and automation workflows on the Power Platform.
- Oversee the creation of reusable components, connectors, and templates to enhance development efficiency.
- Work with development teams to ensure that best practices are followed in terms of code quality, security, and performance.
- Manage the configuration of the Dataverse and other data sources to support robust data modeling and reporting.

Governance & Compliance:

- Define and enforce governance frameworks, including data loss prevention (DLP) policies, licensing management, and environment lifecycle management.
- Ensure that all Power Platform solutions comply with organizational IT policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.




- Monitor performance, manage risk, and implement best practices for solution maintenance and support.

Collaboration & Leadership:

- Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams and junior architects.
- Advocate for innovative uses of the Power Platform to solve complex business challenges.
- Stay abreast of the latest updates and features within the Power Platform ecosystem to continuously improve solution delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience:

- 5+ years in IT solution architecture with a strong focus on implementing Power Platform solutions.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying enterprise-level solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Demonstrated experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Azure services, and other enterprise systems.

Technical Skills:

- Deep knowledge of Power Platform components including Dataverse, connectors, and custom APIs.
- Familiarity with Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management) for enhanced solution integrations.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, application lifecycle management (ALM), and modern DevOps practices.
- Proficiency in data modeling, security architecture, and performance optimization within a Power Platform context.

Soft Skills:

- Robust problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
