Brief Job Description: The Finance Intern will support the Finance & Accounts team in managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial documentation, bookkeeping, inventory-related transactions, vendor coordination, data management, and administrative finance activities. The role involves assisting with accounting processes, invoice verification, payment documentation, reconciliations, report preparation, and record maintenance while gaining practical exposure to financial operations, accounting practices, internal controls, and business finance processes through hands-on learning and collaboration with the finance team.

Duration : 6 Months

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in accounting entries and bookkeeping activities.
- Support invoice processing, vendor documentation, and payment preparation.
- Perform data entry and maintain accounting records in ERP/accounting software.
- Assist in inventory-related accounting and documentation.
- Prepare and organize vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Support bank reconciliation and account reconciliation activities.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, MIS reports, and schedules as required.




- Coordinate with internal departments for finance-related documentation and approvals.
- Maintain proper filing and record management of financial documents.
- Support audit preparation and documentation activities.
- Assist in financial data analysis and reporting under supervision.
- Perform other administrative and finance-related tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.
