We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR & Operations Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants hands-on exposure to recruitment, HR, and business operations in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication.
- Support employee onboarding and HR documentation.
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
- Help streamline internal processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Learn and leverage AI tools and HR software to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with different teams to support business operations as the company scales.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely execution.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Comfortable learning and using current software and AI tools.
- Willingness to contribute across recruitment, HR, and business operations.
- Comfortable working from the office full-time.
- Comfortable around dogs and other pets, as we're a pet hygiene startup and our furry friends occasionally visit the office.

Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturdays: 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays working
- 2nd and 4th Saturdays off
- Sunday: Weekly Off
