Dhruv Corp HR Solutions is a trusted Recruitment Partner to a Cosmetics Personal Care manufacturer at Ahmedabad We are inviting applications for the following vacancy with this company Role Operations Manager Job Location Sola Ahmedabad The Role As an Operations Manager you will be responsible for leading and overseeing endto end operational activities of the organization You will ensure efficient production planning order execution resource optimization and ontime delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance You will drive process excellence team performance and crossdepartment coordination to support business growth and customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities Lead plan and supervise daily plant operations including production packaging warehousing and logistics to ensure smooth workflow and target achievement Oversee order management from receipt to dispatch ensuring timelines specifications and quality standards are met Develop review and optimize production plans and capacity utilization to meet deadlines and customer requirements Coordinate closely with procurement warehouse quality and sales teams to streamline processes and minimize delays Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and packing materials to avoid stock outs or excess holding Implement SOPs strengthen documentation and ensure adherence to GMP safety and compliance requirements Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs Track and analyze key operational metrics such as OEE wastage production efficiency and dispatch timelines Mentor and supervise operations teams ensuring discipline performance and effective delegation of tasks Handle client escalations regarding production or dispatch and ensure timely resolution Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed and coordinate with maintenance teams for minimum downtime Prepare periodic operational reports for senior management including production performance delays and improvement areas Required Qualifications and Skills Bachelors degree in Operations Management Engineering Supply Chain or a related field MBA preferred but not mandatory 5 to 8 years of experience in manufacturing operations preferably in cosmetics pharmaceuticals FMCG or similar industry Strong knowledge of production planning inventory control dispatch and plant operations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel ERP systems and email communication Robust leadership team management and decisionmaking skills Excellent communication coordination and problemsolving abilities Ability to work under pressure manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Working Days 6 days Interested candidates can connect with Nidhi athidden mobile or email at hidden email
