Job Title Retail F B Head Location Bhopal Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven leader to head our Retail Food Beverage operations The ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing multiple F B outlets across airports food courts malls or highfootfall retail environments The role requires a solid business mindset with proven expertise in driving revenue profitability operational excellence customer experience and team performance Key Responsibilities Lead endtoend operations of multiple F B retail outlets Drive sales profitability and overall business performance while ensuring achievement of revenue targets Own and manage P L budgeting cost control and financial performance Ensure consistent implementation of operational SOPs food safety hygiene and quality standards Lead coach and develop large crossfunctional teams to deliver operational excellence Monitor productivity inventory wastage shrinkage and cost optimization initiatives Manage franchise operations and ensure compliance with brand standards where applicable Strengthen customer experience by maintaining high service standards and resolving customer concerns effectively Collaborate with procurement finance HR marketing and other support functions to ensure seamless operations Drive new outlet openings business expansion initiatives and operational transitions Build strong relationships with landlords airport authorities mall management franchise partners and other external stakeholders Analyze business performance through MIS KPIs and operational reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives Desired Candidate Profile Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration Hotel Management or a related discipline MBA is preferred 1220 years of experience in Retail F B Operations Proven experience managing multiple outlets in airports food courts malls QSR chains cafs or branded restaurant formats Strong exposure to multiunit retail operations and franchise management Demonstrated experience in P L management budgeting business planning and cost optimization Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams across multiple locations Excellent business acumen analytical ability and decisionmaking skills Strong communication stakeholder management and people leadership capabilities Willingness to travel as per business requirements Preferred Industry Background Candidates from Retail F B QSR Caf Chains Airport Retail Food Courts Franchise Operations or MultiUnit Restaurant Operations will be preferred Key Competencies Retail F B Operations Business Commercial Acumen MultiUnit Operations Management P L Ownership Franchise Management Revenue Growth Cost Control Profitability Customer Experience Team Leadership Stakeholder Management Operational Excellence Business Expansion
