We are looking for a technically strong and commercially driven Sales Engineer to identify business opportunities engage industrial customers and promote automation IoT and industrial communication solutions The role involves technical sales customer relationship management solution selling and achieving sales targets Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities through customer visits networking OEMs dealers and system integrators Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable automation IoT and industrial solutions Conduct product presentations and demonstrations and coordinate with technical teams for solution implementation Follow up on enquiries quotations payments and maintain solid customer relationships Prepare proposals maintain CRM records and monitor sales pipeline and performance metrics Achieve sales targets while supporting project execution and customer satisfaction Required Skills Qualifications Diploma BE B Tech in Electronics Communication Electrical Electronics Instrumentation Mechatronics Automation or related engineering disciplines 15 years of experience in industrial automation electrical electronics product sales IoT or technical support Freshers with strong technical aptitude may also apply Basic knowledge of PLC SCADA Sensors Modbus Ethernet IoT and Industry 4 0 concepts Strong communication presentation negotiation and customer handling skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools preferred
