Roles & Responsibilities:

- Supervise and inspect construction activities to ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and safety standards
- Manage day-to-day site operations, including subcontractor coordination, material tracking, and work allocation
- Monitor progress and quality control, proactively addressing any site issues or delays
- Collaborate with project managers and design teams to align execution with overall project goals
- Maintain accurate documentation of work progress, resource usage, and site reports
- Support structural and erection-related tasks, contributing to timely and high-quality project delivery

Key Qualifications





- 5 years of proven experience in structural, interior, and infrastructure project execution
- Strong understanding of construction methods, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance
- Ability to interpret drawings, manage subcontractors, and oversee on-ground operations
- Skilled in planning, resource estimation, and timeline management
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal teams
- Proficiency in MS Excel for basic reporting and data analysis
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering
