About the Role

As a Product Management Intern, you'll go beyond research and documentation — you'll co-own assigned product initiatives, working across Product Management and Business Analysis. Your work will shape product direction, engineering priorities, and customer experience, under the guidance of our product and engineering leads.

What You'll Do

- Support product discovery: understand customer problems, business goals, and market opportunities through interviews, user research, and competitor analysis.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into clear product opportunities.
- Draft PRDs, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and feature specs.
- Help prioritize features based on customer value, business impact, and engineering effort.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, AI, QA, and operations throughout the product lifecycle.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release reviews.




- Map user journeys and identify opportunities to improve experience.
- Track feature adoption, engagement, and other success metrics, and recommend improvements from the data.
- Flag risks, edge cases, and dependencies before development begins.

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, CS, IT, Business, Economics, Design, or a related field.
- Solid analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Customer empathy and sound product intuition.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methods is a plus.
- Basic understanding of software, APIs, databases, or AI systems is a plus.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Notion, Figma, Miro, or Excel is a plus.
- Prior internship, startup, hackathon, or product-building experience is a plus.
