Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal operation.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Experience with configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management including release and deployment processes.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Ability to work with low-code platforms to develop and adapt solutions efficiently.
- Good problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical challenges within the application environment.
