Instead of dashboards and reports, we help marketers and DTC brands understand what happened, why it happened, and exactly what to do next across Meta, Google, Shopify, TikTok and more.

We're looking for someone who wants to build the go-to-market engine from day one.

Mission:

Build a predictable customer acquisition system.

Your job is not marketing.

What You'll Own:

Outbound

- Cold email
- LinkedIn outreach
- Personalized Loom videos
- Prospect research
- CRM management
- Follow-up sequences

Content Distribution:

Turn customer conversations into:

- LinkedIn posts
- X threads
- Case studies
- Product updates
- Short videos
- Weekly newsletters

Product-Led Growth

Own activation.

You'll work directly with the founder to understand:

- Why users don't connect accounts
- Why they don't return
- Where they drop off
- What creates the aha moment

Then translate those insights into experiments with the product team.

Customer Research:

Interview users every week.

Document:

- Objections
- Feature requests
- Language customers use
- Buying triggers
- Competitors they compare against

Experimentation





Run experiments every week.

Examples:

- Current onboarding
- Landing pages
- Email sequences
- Referral campaigns
- Pricing tests
- Demo formats
- AI reports
- Lead magnet

Metrics You'll Own

What We're Looking For

You probably have experience in:

- SaaS
- Shopify
- Paid media
- Growth
- Product marketing
- Founder-led sales
- B2B software

Bonus:

- Experience running Meta or Google Ads
- Shopify ecosystem experience
- Experience with AI tools
- Built GTM from zero to $1M+ ARR
- Experience selling to marketers

Success After 90 days
