About the Role

We're looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to own SEO, paid advertising, lead generation, and website performance across our client portfolio. This is a hands-on role focused on results — you'll be measured on rankings, qualified leads, cost-per-lead, and ROAS. You should be equally comfortable optimizing a Google Ads campaign, auditing a website's SEO, managing Google Business Profiles, and overseeing website builds that convert.

Key Responsibilities

SEO

- Own end-to-end SEO strategy across clients — technical, on-page, and off-page.
- Conduct site audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis; build and execute SEO roadmaps.
- Improve organic rankings, traffic, and domain authority; coordinate content and link-building efforts.
- Track and report ranking movements, organic growth, and conversions.

Performance Marketing & Paid Ads

- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Manage ad budgets across accounts, driving down cost-per-lead while scaling conversions.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to maximize ROAS.
- Continuously monitor performance and reallocate spend for the best return.

Lead Generation

- Build and manage lead-gen funnels end-to-end — from ad to landing page to conversion.
- Optimize campaigns specifically for lead quality and volume, not just clicks.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to track lead-to-conversion pipelines.
- Implement and manage tracking (conversion events, pixels, forms, CRM handoffs).

Website Development

- Oversee website builds and landing pages from planning to launch,



coordinating with designers and developers.
- Ensure websites are SEO-friendly, fast-loading, mobile-responsive, and conversion-optimized.
- Manage website content, structure, and UX to support marketing and lead-gen goals.
- Handle ongoing site maintenance, updates, and performance monitoring (site speed, Core Web Vitals, uptime).

Google Business Profile (GMB) Management

- Set up, optimize, and manage Google Business Profiles for local SEO and visibility.
- Manage reviews, posts, Q&A;, and local listings to drive local search performance and calls/walk-ins.
- Improve local pack rankings and Maps visibility for location-based clients.

Reporting & Client Management

- Track KPIs using GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Search Console, and rank-tracking tools.
- Present clear monthly performance reports with insights and next-step recommendations.
- Act as the strategic point of contact for assigned client accounts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4–7 years in digital/performance marketing, with a strong track record in SEO and paid lead generation (agency background preferred).
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Google Search Console, and GMB.
- Robust grasp of technical + on-page SEO and local SEO.
- Working knowledge of website development and CMS platforms (WordPress, etc.), with an understanding of SEO and conversion best practices.
- Proven ability to reduce cost-per-lead and improve ROAS across multiple accounts.
- Experience with landing page optimization and conversion tracking.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and client-handling skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; Google & Meta certifications are a plus.
