About The Role

We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst with deep organizational change management expertise to join our energetic team at Kanerika Inc. This role involves partnering with clients to deliver complex business, technology, and transformation programs. The successful candidate will act as the change lead on engagements, responsible for assessing change impacts, shaping change strategies, engaging stakeholders, and driving adoption of new ways of working across client organizations. This client-facing, consultative position requires a blend of business analysis skills and change management acumen, ensuring that initiatives are not only implemented but also embraced and sustained effectively.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 4-5 years leading change management initiatives on medium to large-scale transformation programs. Demonstrable experience in client-facing consulting is essential, with the ability to shape approaches, facilitate workshops, and manage senior stakeholders effectively. Deep knowledge of recognized change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step, or LaMarsh Managed Change is required. Experience delivering change in areas such as ERP, CRM, HCM implementations, cloud migrations, operating model redesigns, or digital transformations is highly valued. Strong stakeholder management, excellent communication skills,



and a solid grounding in core business analysis techniques are also necessary. Certifications such as Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, CCMP, APMG Change Management Practitioner, or CBAP/CCBA will be considered advantageous.

Responsibilities

As a Lead Business Analyst - Change Management at Kanerika Inc, your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of activities aimed at ensuring successful change adoption and program success:

- Define and tailor the overall change strategy aligned with the client's culture, change maturity, and program scope.
- Develop comprehensive change management plans covering stakeholder engagement, communications, training, business readiness, and sustainment.
- Conduct detailed change impact assessments across roles, processes, systems, and locations, quantifying the severity and complexity of change.
- Maintain a living change impact register, surfacing risks and working proactively to mitigate them.
- Identify, segment, and engage stakeholder groups through tailored approaches, building trusted relationships even with resistant or skeptical stakeholders.
- Coach executive sponsors and leaders to act as visible change champions, providing them with talking points, FAQs, and coaching guides.
- Design and execute effective communication strategies, including collateral creation, messaging architecture, and feedback mechanisms.
- Partner with training teams to define learning needs, shape blended learning solutions, and oversee training logistics and effectiveness measurement.
- Design and manage business readiness frameworks, including criteria, checkpoints, dashboards, and go/no-go inputs to ensure preparedness for key milestones.
- Mobilize and support change champion networks, establishing tools, cadence,



and communities to sustain momentum.
- Proactively identify resistance sources, design targeted interventions, and partner with HR and other stakeholders on sensitive change scenarios.
- Define adoption KPIs, reinforce behaviors, and develop hypercare and transition-to-BAU plans to ensure long-term sustainment.
- Own end-to-end business analysis deliverables, including current and future process maps, operating model impacts, and business case inputs.
- Prepare executive briefings, steering committee reports, and change status dashboards to communicate progress and insights effectively.
- Mentor junior business analysts and change analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
