Senior Finance Associate – FP&A; & Financial Modeling -CA/ CFA Preferred

Overview

We are seeking an FP&A; qualified with strong financial modeling and forecasting expertise to support strategic planning, fund projections, management reporting, and business decision-making. The role offers exposure to private markets, fund structures, and senior management interactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain financial models for funds, portfolios, and business performance analysis.
- Prepare projections for management fees, carried interest, incentive fees, dividend income, and fund expenses.
- Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term business plans.
- Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and scenario modeling.
- Prepare board decks, management presentations, and business review materials.
- Conduct variance analysis and identify key performance drivers.
- Partner with Finance, Investor Relations,



and Investment teams on business initiatives.
- Automate financial reporting and improve planning processes.
- Support fundraising, investor presentations, and due diligence requests.

Desired Experience & Skills

- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A;, Financial Modeling, Corporate Finance, Investment Analysis, or Valuation.
- Strong financial modeling and forecasting expertise.
- Advanced Excel skills including scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling.
- Experience preparing management presentations and board reports.
- Knowledge of private equity, private credit, asset management, or alternative investments preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- CA/CFA Level III Candidate or CFA Charterholder preferred.
- Exposure to Power BI, SQL, Python, or visualization tools is an added advantage.
