*Key Responsibilities*

1) Handle end-to-end merchandising activities for Kurti and apparel orders.

2) Coordinate with buyers regarding product development, sampling, approvals, and order execution.

3) Prepare and maintain order sheets, T&A; (Time & Action) calendars, and production status reports.

4) Follow up with fabric, trims, and accessory suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials.

5) Coordinate with the production team to ensure orders are completed as per quality standards and delivery schedules.

6) Monitor order progress from sampling to final shipment.

7) Maintain communication with internal departments such as Production, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch.

8) Ensure buyer requirements and specifications are properly communicated to the production team.

9) Resolve order-related issues and provide timely updates to management and customers.

10) Maintain merchandising records, reports,



and documentation.

*Required Qualifications*

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Fashion, Textile, Apparel, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Apparel/ Kurti Manufacturing Merchandising.

Knowledge of garment production processes and fabric sourcing.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email correspondence.

Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of fabric consumption and costing.

Experience in handling domestic and export orders.

Solid coordination and follow-up skills.

Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
