About the role

We are looking for a hands-on Shopify Developer & E-commerce Manager to own and manage the end-to-end Shopify ecosystem for Craft & Glory. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise (Shopify Liquid, backend operations) and an understanding of conversion-driven e-commerce experiences.

You will be responsible for building high-performing landing pages, managing the Shopify backend, and continuously optimizing the website for growth and seamless user experience.

It is an on-site job.

Location: Udyog Vihar Phase 4, Gurugram

Key Responsibilities:

1. Shopify Development & Customization

Build and customize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Develop high-converting landing pages for campaigns, product launches, and collections

Implement custom features and enhancements beyond standard Shopify capabilities

2. Website Management (Backend & Operations)

Manage the Shopify backend including product cataloguing, collections, tagging, and inventory

Set up and manage discounts, coupons, bundles, and promotional campaigns

Handle customer accounts, login systems, and overall site functionality

3. Conversion Optimization & UX

Optimize product pages, collection pages, and landing pages for higher conversion rates

Improve site speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall performance

Work closely with marketing and content teams to execute campaigns seamlessly

4. Integrations & Technical Maintenance





Integrate third-party apps, payment gateways, and tools as needed

Troubleshoot bugs, errors, and performance issues

Ensure smooth functioning of all website elements and customer journeys

5. Analytics & Continuous Improvement

Monitor website performance metrics (conversion rate, bounce rate, etc.)

Suggest and implement improvements based on data and user behavior

Conduct A/B testing for landing pages and key flows

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 3–5 years of experience working with Shopify (agency or D2C brand preferred)
- Robust proficiency in Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with Shopify backend operations (cataloguing, discounts, orders, etc.)
- Experience in building landing pages with a focus on conversions
- Familiarity with Shopify apps and integrations
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and e-commerce best practices

Good to Have

- Experience with CRO tools and A/B testing
- Basic understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, etc.)
- Exposure to performance marketing workflows

Compensation

Budget: Up to ₹8 LPA (based on experience and fit)
