Role Overview
We are seeking a Manager – HR Strategy & OD. The Manager of HR Strategy, Transformation, and Leadership Reporting works directly with the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). He/She will drive large-scale organizational development (OD) interventions, monitor functional KPIs, and author high-stakes strategic updates for the Board, CEO, and Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC).
Key Deliverables
1. Strategic Initiatives & Governance:
- Orchestrate high-impact HR projects aligned with long-term corporate goals.
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics across all critical HR functions.
- Collaborate with HR vertical heads to ensure seamless execution of priorities.

Transformation & Change Management:
- Design and execute large-scale Learning & Development (L&D;) change interventions.
- Drive organizational development strategies to enhance institutional agility.
- Manage stakeholder alignment during complex, company-wide transformations.
- Author comprehensive strategic updates and decks for the CEO and Board.
- Prepare data-driven briefs, governance notes, and proposals for the NRC.
- Synthesize complex talent analytics into explicit, actionable executive narratives.
Required Qualification & Skills:
- Experience: 5+ years in HR Strategy, OD, or Corporate Transformation
- Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a premier institute
- Location: Mumbai
- Reporting To: Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
