Candidates residing in Mahim/ Khar/ Bandra will be preferred for this position

- Obtain vital signs of patient such as height, weight, Blood pressure, pulse, oximetry etc.

Leave of absence staff coordination and tracking.

- Obtain details of current medications from patient
- Conduct specialized tests as trained by the clinic for patients
- Answer patient phone calls when needed.
- Keep stock inventory of clinical testing materials
- Scheduling appointments (Calling patients as directed to confirm or reschedule appointments etc.)
- Do courtesy follow up calls of completed appointments after few days
- Monitor patient flow and keep rest of staff on track on time
- Receiving patients, Pharma Reps and any guests in clinic
- Filing of patient records in charts.
- Record patient reports and discuss at end of each day
- Maintaining clinic premises during clinic hours
- Educating patients on simple topics as instructed
- Helping clinic secretary and other staff as needed.




- Daily attendance register maintenance
- Schedule bi-monthly medical camps for - Vaccination, Bone Density, Asthma/PFT, Allergy, Pain management, etc
- Obtain Google Reviews from patients.
- Keep straightforward accounts daily.
- Keep track of incoming bills and payments
- Coordinate for clinic maintenance work (eg AC) and other electrical/plumbing/carpentry work etc.

(Training and supervision is provided on the job wherever needed in any of the above
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQD:

- HSc (Science) pass or Graduation.
- Should have reasonable Hindi, Marathi and English language skills.
- Should be well spoken and polite. Should have good etiquette and handle patients in a courteous manner.
- Basic computer skills for patient record keeping.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
