Responsibilities
- Support Assembly line activities
- Supervise assembly line & maintain Quality
- Responsible for Quality Inspection & Clearance
- Production planning & Work scheduling
- Ensure delivery goals are met as per plan
- Support recent product introduction
- Responsible for maintenance of Tools & Fixtures
- Handle global communication
- Responsible for KPI collection, tracking / analysis and presenting dashboards within department
- Guide assembly team in understanding of drawings & Work instructions
- Responsible to implement Lean & 5s methodology
- Corrective actions / mistake proofing
- Organizing and conducting new operator training
Requirements
- Education – Diploma/BTech in Mechanical/mechatronics from reputed institutions
- Experience – 1 to 2 years of experience
- Skills –
- Understand the metrology instruments with measurement process
- Keen to learn in Core Metrology
- Fluent in business English (written and spoken)
