Business Development Intern

Location: Noida Sector 63 (On-site)
Internship Type: Full time
Stipend: ₹8,000–₹12,000/month (Based on interview performance)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our team. This internship is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in sales, business development, and client acquisition. You'll gain hands-on experience in lead generation, client communication, and sales strategy while working with an experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and other platforms.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Connect with prospective clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update the CRM/database.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads.
- Assist in preparing proposals and presentations.
- Work closely with the marketing team to generate business opportunities.

Requirements





- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, MBA, Marketing, or related field).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated, confident, and eager to learn.
- Prior internship or sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
