Job Title: Team Lead Physician Billing (US Healthcare RCM)

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Shifts: Night Shifts

Job Summary: We are looking for a strong domain expert in Physician Billing to lead a team and drive operational excellence in US Healthcare RCM. The ideal candidate must have deep end-to-end knowledge of Physician Billing processes, robust business understanding of revenue cycle operations, and the ability to manage team performance while meeting client SLAs, KPIs, and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Physician Billing team ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

Demonstrate strong end-to-end domain knowledge in Physician Billing including charge entry, claim submission, payment posting coordination, and denial understanding

Ensure billing accuracy, clean claim submission, and adherence to payer guidelines

Monitor and drive team productivity, quality, and revenue cycle performance

Understand client business requirements, revenue impact,



and operational metrics

Track KPIs, SLAs, and billing performance metrics and take corrective actions when needed

Handle client escalations and operational challenges with strong domain-driven solutions

Provide process training, mentoring, and performance management to the team

Collaborate with AR, coding, and other RCM teams to ensure optimal revenue cycle performance

Eligibility Criteria:

6+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM with strong exposure to Physician Billing

Minimum 1 year experience as Team Lead on papers is mandate

Strong understanding of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, payer guidelines, and billing workflows

Good understanding of revenue cycle business impact and operational metrics

Experience in managing team performance, productivity, and quality metrics

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
