Responsibilities:

· Cost Estimation and Budgeting

· Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects.

· Create and manage budgets, ensuring projects stay within financial targets.

· Evaluate bids from contractors, ensuring best-value procurement.

· Track and manage project costs, ensuring they align with budget projections.

· Reporting and Documentation.

· Produce regular reports on project financials, including cost reports and progress statements.

· Collaboration with Project Teams

· Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to align on project specifications and timelines.

Requirements:

· Educational Background

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

· Prior experience (typically 1-7 years) in quantity surveying, cost estimation, or a similar role in construction.

· Knowledge of the construction industry, project management principles, and relevant standards.

· Technical Knowledge.

· Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contract law, and building codes.





· Proficiency in contract management and knowledge of legal implications in construction contracts.

· Analytical and Mathematical Skills

· Strong numerical skills for accurate estimation and budgeting.

· Ability to conduct risk analysis and cost-benefit assessments.

· Interpersonal Skills.

. Should have working knowledge in DSR/PWD/CPWD/Market rates for Different projects.

· Excellent communication skills for liaising with diverse project stakeholders.

· Robust negotiation skills to manage contracts, agreements, and changes with contractors.

Software Skills:

· Quantity Surveying and Estimation Software

· Cost X: For detailed estimating and digital quantity take-off.

· Excel: Proficiency in Excel is essential for budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis.

· Word and PowerPoint: For preparing reports, contracts, and presentations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
