Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial data.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Manage budget planning, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision making.




- Collaborate with external auditors during audits and ensure all necessary documentation and records are accurately maintained.
- Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to accounting staff to enhance team performance and career development.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, prepare and submit tax returns, and coordinate with tax advisors as necessary.
- Develop and implement process improvements to optimize accounting workflows and enhance financial controls.
- Maintain and update accounting policies and procedures to reflect changes in industry regulations and best practices.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or comparable certification preferred.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or in a similar financial management role within the Financial Services industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws applicable to the Financial Services sector.
- Proficiency with accounting software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle Financials.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong leadership ability with experience managing and developing a team of accounting professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal teams, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines in a quick-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
