Role Description

The Research & Insights Analyst is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi. The analyst will join our Client Delivery team and focus on leveraging AI to research market trends, competitors, and customer behavior across financial and enterprise sectors, turning complex data into clear narratives and practical recommendations. The Research Analyst – GenAI will research and help conduct market intelligence on a variety of topics – competitor intelligence, intent intelligence, etc. based on data Bloom AI collects, third-party data, and Generative AI tools. The Research Analyst will perform data collection, data management, preliminary analysis, literature/website reviews, and related tasks to facilitate the orchestration of agents developed for clients.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience in media monitoring, including competitive analysis, trend tracking, and sector benchmarking.
- Ability to generate Customer Insight, using both quantitative and qualitative methods to understand behaviors and needs.




- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Hand-on experience with AI tools like Claude and Open AI.
- Detail-oriented, comfortable working in fast-paced environments, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Prior experience in financial services, consulting, or analytics roles is preferred but not required.

Skills And Qualifications

- 2+ years of demonstrated excellence in research skills is required, including qualitative/quantitative data collection techniques
- Experience in financial research (capital markets, business research) or focus on financial services.
- Bachelors or masters degree preferred; track on CFA preferred
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection, data maintenance and report generation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify key insights and recommend actionable strategies.
- Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively as part of a research team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
