1. Role Summary / Job Purpose

The Senior Field Coordinator coordinates the global field workforce across internal technicians, Customer Integrated Contractors (CICs), partners, and vendors. The role supports onboarding, workforce readiness, utilization monitoring, technician engagement, reporting, governance, partner coordination, and operational excellence across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate technician and CIC onboarding across regions.
- Maintain workforce records, dashboards, and operational trackers.
- Monitor technician utilization and workforce readiness.
- Track certifications, training, and skill matrix compliance.
- Coordinate Field Force Ambassador (FFA) engagement activities and surveys.
- Support customer transition projects through resource planning and readiness tracking.
- Coordinate partner workforce availability and coverage.
- Track travel, labor, and operational cost reports.
- Coordinate technician payment, overtime, and travel expense governance.
- Prepare executive dashboards and KPI reports.

7. Stakeholder Management / Influence

Global Field Services Leadership, Regional Delivery Managers, Operations, Talent Acquisition, HR, Finance, Procurement, Vendors, Partners, Customers, Field Technicians, and CICs. Non-direct client interaction with regular cross-functional collaboration.

8. Education & Certification Requirements

Mandatory

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred

- ITIL Foundation Certification
- OEM Certifications (Dell, Lenovo, HP)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel or Power BI Certifications

9. Experience Requirements

4–6 years of experience in Field Services Operations, Workforce Coordination, Service Delivery, Global Operations, or Workforce Management in a multi-region workplace.
