Role Description The Business Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for leading overall business strategy, operations, and revenue growth for Weboin Digital Marketing Agency. This role oversees key client accounts, drives recent business development, and ensures high-quality service delivery across digital marketing, web development, and related solutions. The Business Head will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, set performance targets, manage budgets, and monitor KPIs to ensure sustainable growth and profitability. Daily responsibilities include supervising project pipelines,



guiding marketing and sales initiatives, building strategic partnerships, and aligning business plans with market trends and client needs. The role also involves mentoring team members, strengthening operational processes, and representing the organization in client meetings and industry forums.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams and driving organizational growth.
- Business development and client relationship management skills, including negotiation, account management, and stakeholder communication.
- Strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data, define business roadmaps, and manage budgets and KPIs.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and web development services, with familiarity in areas such as SEO, social media, and performance marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation abilities, and proficiency in collaborating with internal and external partners.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field; a master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Prior experience in agency, consulting, or digital services environments, preferably with exposure to sectors like education, real estate, retail, or FMCG.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple initiatives, and make data-informed decisions.
