Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Head – Sales & Marketing to lead the company's commercial strategy and drive business growth across domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Defence, Aerospace, Automotive, Commercial Vehicles, Off-road Equipment, Heavy Engineering, or Capital Equipment industries, with proven expertise in B2G, B2B, institutional sales, government procurement, and strategic business development.

The role requires a strong commercial leader who can build strategic customer relationships, manage large accounts, drive revenue growth, and lead a high-performing sales and marketing organization.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the Sales & Marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.

Drive revenue growth across Defence, Government, Industrial, and Export markets.

Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers, government agencies, OEMs, partners, and distributors.

Lead institutional sales, business development,



and market expansion initiatives.

Manage tender participation, commercial negotiations, pricing strategy, and contract governance.

Identify new business opportunities through market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer insights.

Strengthen brand positioning through exhibitions, digital initiatives, marketing campaigns, and corporate communication.

Develop long-term customer engagement strategies and key account management processes.

Lead, mentor, and develop the Sales & Marketing team.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business growth objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

20+ years of leadership experience in Sales & Marketing / Business Development.

Experience in Defence, Aerospace, Automotive, Commercial Vehicles, Off-road Equipment, Heavy Engineering, or Capital Equipment industries.

Strong exposure to:

Government & Institutional Sales

B2G and B2B Business Development

Defence procurement ecosystem

Tender management and contract negotiations
