- Strong experience in COBOL Development.
- Hands-on experience with JCL.
- Robust knowledge of DB2 including SQL programming.
- Experience working with COBOL data structures.
- Hands-on experience in JSON integration (parsing, generation, and mapping with COBOL applications).
- Experience in both Mainframe and Distributed application development environments.
- Good debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Experience with source control/version management tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
