Role Description The Senior Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational and customer-facing activities, including coordinating with internal teams, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring timely completion of key processes. The role involves supporting sales and service initiatives, maintaining accurate documentation and reports, and helping to implement business strategies aligned with company objectives. The Senior Executive will interact with customers and partners to resolve queries, enhance service quality, and uphold regulatory and compliance standards.



This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Cooch Behar, where the team member will work primarily from the office with some flexibility to work from home as business needs permit.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in operations management, coordination, and daily process oversight.
- Proficiency in customer service, relationship management, and handling queries or escalations.
- Ability to work with data, prepare reports, and use MS Office or similar tools to track performance and productivity.
- Understanding of financial services, NBFC operations, or exposure to lending, insurance, or wealth advisory (preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; relevant experience in financial services or a similar industry is an advantage.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive workplace practices.
