Head – Operations & Maintenance (EMS, SCADA, PPC & Software Solutions)

Position Summary

The Head of Operations & Maintenance is responsible for leading the end-to-end support, maintenance, reliability, cybersecurity, and continuous improvement of EMS, SCADA, PPC and software solutions deployed across renewable energy plants, substations and utility systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead O&M; activities for EMS, SCADA and PPC systems.
- Ensure 24x7 support and SLA compliance.
- Drive incident, problem and change management.
- Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis activities.
- Manage software upgrades, hotfixes and patch deployments.
- Oversee customer support, escalations and service reviews.
- Ensure compliance with grid codes and cybersecurity standards.
- Coordinate with Product Management, R&D; and Delivery teams.
- Manage budgets, contracts and service performance.
- In front of customers, represent Univers post-delivery support, participate in client facing discussions to understand client concerns or requirements.
- Internally, speak with customer's voices, follow up and coordinate with internal parties to address client concerns or requirements.
- Maintaining a skilled demeanor with clients and colleagues.




- Drive client and internal meetings, provide timely report according to operations metrices.
- Handle external venders / partners to get the jobs done

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Industrial Automation or related discipline. Master's degree in the related field preferred.

Experience

- 12+ years in power systems, SCADA, EMS, PPC, renewable energy, industrial automation or utility operations with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
