We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Engineer Trainees (Civil) to join our growing Infrastructure Engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals to build their careers by working on large-scale US infrastructure projects.
Selected candidates will undergo comprehensive training in Autodesk Civil 3D and US engineering drafting standards, enabling them to work on high-quality infrastructure design and drafting projects.
Key Responsibilities
Learn and apply Civil 3D for infrastructure engineering projects.
Prepare and modify engineering drawings based on project requirements.
Assist in the development of plans, profiles, cross-sections, grading, and utility layouts.
Work closely with senior engineers and project teams to deliver quality outputs.
Ensure drawings comply with client standards and project specifications.
Maintain project documentation and adhere to quality and delivery timelines.
Continuously enhance technical knowledge and engineering skills.
Eligibility
B.E./B. Tech in Civil Engineering (Freshers or up to 1 year of experience).
Strong academic background with a genuine interest in infrastructure engineering.




Basic knowledge of Civil 3D will be an added advantage.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn new software and engineering standards.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
