Key Responsibilities:

- Making quotations and sharing the same on mail to customers.

- Entering the orders received in Jewellery Software.

- Positive understanding of costing and pricing in Jewellery.

- Coordinate with the production team for orders.

- Making sure the orders are dispatched on time.

- Customer coordination.

- Good understanding of shipment building and shipment release.

- Foster a collaborative and cutting-edge team culture.

Requirements

- Any Graduate

- 5+ Years of experience in jewellery industry

- Positive Experience of EMR is must

- Experience in Export Market

- Good communication skills - English and Hindi

- Good Grip in Excel

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of the organization.

- Demonstrated success in driving customer engagement and loyalty.
