The Client Servicing Executive role focused on nurturing client relationships, ensuring seamless communication, coordinating service delivery, and creating a superior customer experience. The role requires regular interaction with clients and internal teams to deliver timely, reliable, and personalized service.
Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client enquiries and resolve service requests promptly.

• Support client onboarding, documentation, and account activation.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular communication.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of client requests.

• Prepare client presentations, proposals, and service documentation.

• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell suitable financial products based on client needs.

• Schedule client meetings and follow up on pending actions.

• Maintain accurate client records and CRM updates.

• Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service.

Requirements

Eligibility

• Graduate in Commerce or any discipline.

• 2 to 10 years of experience in client servicing, relationship management,



customer support, banking, insurance, mutual funds, wealth management, or financial advisory.

• Candidates owning a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence will be preferred, as the role involves client meetings across Kolkata.
