Data Project Manager Dear Candidate Greetings from 3 Kubed Consulting India Pvt Ltd We are looking for a Data Project Manager for one of our prestigious clients for SFO Bangalore based company location The brief JD is as below JD EXP 7 15 years Location WFO Interview 2 3 technical rounds NP IMMEDIATE Employment mode PMT FTE with client No third party payroll Primary Responsibilities The ideal candidate will manage a large team to deliver products and solutions that use SAP data and Analytics technologies Acts as the translator and negotiator between the business D A teams and other IT teams Apply project controls that may include but not limited to Project scoping identification of timelines and key milestones tracking project outcomes budget status reporting managing risk and issue logs change control and post implementation reviews Manage conversations and alignment at all levels up to VP GM and follow through Drive technical business and cross teams to meet project milestones through collaboration and influence Manage Data and Analytics Strategy and develop business cases ROI Evaluate Data products to assess risks define requirements develop strategic initiatives manage sensitive use case management programs and processes and socialize the development and deployment Own all communication and collaboration channels pertaining to assigned projects including regular stakeholder review meetings and cross team alignments Work closely with the business segment analytics IT teams and partners to deliver the outcome and help drive adoption Track business impact value enabled through D A solutions You Must Have 7 years of experience as Project Manager and or program management for large projects with focus on Data Analytics 6 years of professional experience with design and implementation of complex enterprisewide related to data AI architecture data management and Data Platform migration programs Data experience Understanding on how data is gathered curated and published from legacy into Analytics systems like SAP Cloud Oracle Should have experience in building out business cases ROI Enterprise Data and AI Strategy roadmap Highly motivated strong attention to detail ability to prioritize and balance tasks risks in ambiguous and complex situations Excellent organizational interpersonal timemanagement analytical and critical thinking skills Leverage data with leading lagging measures to manage project execution Experience in guiding providing direction to crossfunctional and globally dispersed project teams Practice excellent written and verbal communication skills including explicit articulation of business impact and technical constraints tailored to the audience up to executives In depth knowledge in PMO standards principles methodologies Agile Waterfall and industry trends Ability to learn new development tools and productivity tools to continuously improve effectiveness Flexibility to work occasional hours outside normal business according to business needs We Value Experience of managing Data and AI Project deployments leveraging Cloud and Onpremises Ability to operate and perform in a fastpaced environment managing few projects at a time Experience in AgileScrum methodology certification will be ideal Comfortable dealing with ambiguity PMO certification PMP Scrum Master Exposure to SAP Data Engineering D A architecture patterns BI and AI Education Bachelors degree or equivalent preferably in Business or Information Management Competencies Values Integrity Accountability Teamwork Innovation SET Strategy Execution Talent for managers Please reply with EXP EXP CCTC ECTC NP With regards Naganarasimhan For 3 Kubed Consulting India Pvt Ltd
