Job Description We are hiring a Senior Manager Accounts with 812 years of experience in the Real Estate industry The candidate will be responsible for managing accounting operations taxation statutory compliance audits and financial reporting Key Responsibilities Manage endtoend accounting and financial reporting Handle GST compliance GST returns reconciliations and GST audits Manage Tax Audits and coordinate with statutory auditors Prepare and file Income Tax Returns Handle Property Tax Returns and related compliance Ensure compliance with GST TDS Income Tax and other statutory regulations Finalize financial statements and MIS reports Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for audits and tax assessments Lead and manage the accounts team Required Skills 812 years of experience in Accounts Finance Mandatory experience in the Real Estate industry Handson experience in GST Audits and GST compliance Experience in Tax Audits Experience in Income Tax Returns and Property Tax Returns Knowledge of statutory compliance and financial reporting Experience with ERP Tally SAP is preferred
