Job description Role Responsibilities Cleaning Supervisor Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations across residential commercial and industrial sites Allocate duties to cleaning staff and ensure work is completed according to company standards and schedules Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness hygiene and quality standards Train mentor and evaluate housekeeping and cleaning staff on proper cleaning procedures and safety practices Monitor attendance shift schedules and staff productivity Ensure the proper use handling and storage of cleaning chemicals equipment and machinery Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and coordinate with the procurement team for replenishment Address client concerns and resolve servicerelated issues promptly and professionally Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations Prepare daily weekly and monthly reports on cleaning activities staff performance and site inspections
