Job Summary Teampro HR IT Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and organized Recruiter Agent Coordinator to manage and coordinate recruitment activities with domestic and international sourcing agents for GCC Middle East bluecollar hiring The ideal candidate should possess excellent coordination recruitment and communication skills while ensuring timely mobilization of candidates Key Responsibilities Coordinate with sourcing agents across India for overseas recruitment requirements Build and maintain a strong network of recruitment agents and manpower suppliers Source and screen candidates for GCC countries Saudi Arabia UAE Qatar Kuwait Oman Bahrain Coordinate interviews between clients agents and candidates Track candidate status from sourcing to deployment Verify candidate documents passports experience certificates and eligibility Follow up with agents regarding candidate mobilization medicals visa processing and travel schedules Maintain recruitment trackers and generate daily weekly MIS reports Ensure recruitment targets are achieved within timelines Build longterm relationships with recruitment agents and business partners Coordinate with operations and documentation teams for smooth deployment Ensure compliance with overseas recruitment guidelines and company policies Required Skills Experience in GCC Overseas Recruitment Strong knowledge of Blue Collar Hiring Excellent communication and negotiation skills Solid coordination and followup abilities Good knowledge of MS Excel Word and Outlook Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously Strong organizational and time management skills
