Role Description The VicePresident of Product Operations is a fulltime remote role responsible for overseeing the operational execution of product strategy and ensuring that product initiatives are delivered efficiently and effectively This role will lead crossfunctional alignment between product engineering design operations and gotomarket teams to optimize workflows resource allocation and delivery timelines Daytoday responsibilities include defining and refining product operations processes setting and tracking performance metrics managing strategic programs and projects and driving continuous improvement across the product organization The VP will collaborate closely with product management leadership to prioritize initiatives improve decisionmaking through data and analytics and establish frameworks for communication documentation and governance This role also involves mentoring and developing a highperforming operations team and contributing to longterm product and organizational roadmap planning Qualifications Robust Product Operations expertise with experience designing and scaling processes that support product strategy and delivery Proven Program Management and Project Management skills to lead complex crossfunctional initiatives from planning through execution Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data build dashboards and use metrics to inform priorities and optimize performance Deep Product Management experience including working closely with product leaders on roadmap definition prioritization and lifecycle management Demonstrated leadership experience managing and mentoring teams in a fastpaced technologydriven environment Ability to work effectively in a remote setting with excellent communication collaboration and stakeholder management skills Background in FinTech payments or financial services is strongly preferred with familiarity around regulatory and risk considerations Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Technology or a related field advanced degree MBA or similar is a plus
