Position Field Collections Executive Location Chennai Multiple Locations Interview Mode Virtual Working Hours 9 Hours per Day Working Days 6 Days a Week as per Bank Policy Role Overview We are looking for experienced Field Collections Executives to manage collection and recovery activities across assigned locations The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation customer relationship and recovery skills A graduation degree along with a valid DRA Debt Recovery Agent Certificate is mandatory for this position Key Responsibilities Conduct field visits to collect overdue payments from customers across various financial products Follow up with customers regarding pending EMIs loan repayments and outstanding balances Negotiate repayment plans while maintaining professional and positive customer relationships Achieve assigned monthly collection and recovery targets Maintain accurate collection records and update customer information in the system Ensure all collection activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and support timely collections Prepare and submit daily reports on field visits collections and recovery activities Eligibility Criteria Graduation in any discipline is mandatory Valid DRA Debt Recovery Agent Certificate is required Prior experience in Collections Recovery Field Collections Banking NBFC or Financial Services Experience in Loan Collections Credit Card Collections or Field Recovery will be preferred Job Details Work Location Multiple Locations across Chennai Industry Banking NBFC Financial Services Role Field Collections Executive Required Skills Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Valuable customer handling and relationship management abilities Ability to work independently in a fieldbased role and achieve collection targets Basic understanding of banking loans and financial products Owning a twowheeler with a valid driving licence will be an added advantage
