To bring about a quantum improvement in the Execution Quality of projects being executed towards our goal of Superior Project Delivery by implement the organizations Quality Management System QMS across all projects within the assigned region by ensuring compliance with quality standards reducing rework enhancing customer satisfaction and driving continuous improvement through effective quality assurance and quality control practices Implement and sustain the Quality Management System QMS across all regional projects in line with organizational and ISO requirements Ensure compliance with approved Project Quality Plans PQP Inspection Test Plans ITP Quality Assurance Plans QAP and standard operating procedures Plan and conduct quality audits inspections and surveillance visits across project sites ensuring timely closure of audit observations and NCRs Monitor project quality performance and drive initiatives to improve First Time Right FTR reduce rework and minimize qualityrelated risks Investigate quality issues through Root Cause Analysis RCA and ensure effective implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions CAPA Collaborate with Project Managers Planning Procurement Engineering and Construction teams to achieve project quality objectives Lead customer quality interactions support client inspections and address qualityrelated concerns to enhance customer satisfaction Drive quality awareness through training competency development toolbox talks and dissemination of lessons learned Maintain regional quality dashboards MIS and performance reports for management review Support implementation of digital quality initiatives and continuous improvement programs across the region
