Key Responsibilities Project Business Development Identify and develop new project opportunities in residential commercial hospitality healthcare retail and infrastructure sectors Generate business through architects builders developers contractors consultants and government projects Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets Increase market share and strengthen the companys presence in the project segment Specification Key Account Management Obtain product specifications from architects consultants and designers Develop and maintain longterm relationships with key decisionmakers Conduct product presentations technical discussions and sample approvals Manage key project accounts and ensure customer satisfaction Project Execution Track projects from inquiry specification and quotation to order closure and execution Coordinate with production planning dispatch logistics and customer service teams for timely deliveries Ensure smooth execution of project orders and resolve customer concerns Market Development Conduct regular visits to architects builders contractors project consultants and developers Identify upcoming construction projects and create a healthy project pipeline Monitor competitor activities pricing strategies and market trends Recommend strategies to improve project sales and market penetration Sales Collections Negotiate commercial terms and finalize project orders Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely collections Maintain solid relationships with channel partners involved in project business Reporting MIS Prepare Daily Call Reports DCR Weekly Sales Reports and Monthly MIS reports Maintain project pipeline and customer database in CRM ERP Forecast project sales and submit business development reports to management Educational Qualification Bachelors Degree in any discipline MBA in Marketing or Sales will be preferred Experience Minimum 510 years of experience in Project Sales within the Ceramic Tiles Industry Proven experience in handling architects builders developers contractors consultants institutional clients and largescale construction projects
