We are seeking a detailoriented and organized Immigration Case Manager to manage endtoend immigration cases for clients The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients attorneys and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation timely case filing and compliance with immigration regulations Key Responsibilities Manage immigration cases from initiation to completion Collect review and organize client documents for visa and immigration applications Maintain accurate case records and update case management systems Communicate with clients regarding document requirements case status and deadlines Prepare immigration forms petitions and supporting documentation Coordinate with attorneys government agencies and other stakeholders as required Monitor case timelines and ensure timely submission of applications Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information Stay updated on changes in immigration laws policies and procedures Required Skills Strong knowledge of immigration processes and documentation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational and timemanagement abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel Word Outlook and case management software Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously Strong problemsolving and customer service skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working with immigration attorneys or consulting firms Knowledge of immigration compliance and documentation standards Ability to work in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment Key Performance Indicators KPIs Timely completion of assigned cases Accuracy of documentation and filings Client satisfaction and communication quality Compliance with immigration regulations and internal processes Achievement of case processing deadlines
