O2C Logistics Billing Analyst SAP Job Location Pune Experience 28 Years Salary Up to 8 5 LPA Shift US Shift Notice Period Immediate to 15 Days Preferred Qualification Any Graduate Any Qualification Job Summary We are hiring an experienced O2C Logistics Billing Analyst with strong expertise in OrdertoCash O2C Billing Operations and SAP ERP The ideal candidate will manage endtoend billing activities invoice processing dispute resolution customer coordination and ensure timely completion of billing transactions while meeting SLA requirements Key Responsibilities Manage endtoend OrdertoCash O2C billing operations Generate and process customer invoices in SAP Create and manage Credit Notes and Debit Notes Validate Purchase Orders PO pricing tax details and billing information before invoice release Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies disputes deductions and short payments Coordinate with Sales Logistics Customer Service and Finance teams for issue resolution Ensure timely invoice processing within TAT and SLA commitments Prepare billing MIS reports and maintain billing trackers Support monthend closing and reconciliation activities Ensure compliance with company policies internal controls and audit requirements Required Skills 28 years of experience in O2C Billing Logistics Billing Accounts Receivable or Invoice Processing Handson experience working with SAP ERP Strong understanding of Invoice Processing Credit Notes Debit Notes and Billing Operations Good communication and stakeholder management skills Advanced MS Excel knowledge VLOOKUP Pivot Tables preferred Strong analytical problemsolving and attentiontodetail skills Ability to work in a US Shift workplace Preferred Skills Experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Billing Knowledge of OTC Cycle AR Cash Application and Billing Compliance Experience handling highvolume billing transactions hidden email (phone hidden) 87hidden mobile2 www WhiteHorsemanpower in White Horse Manpower Consultancy Private limited
