Supports account management and contributes to current business efforts by ensuring seamless execution, strong co-ordination, and high responsiveness across client mandates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client communication and follow-ups
- Execute projects end-to-end in collaboration with internal teams
- Translate client briefs into clear internal briefs
- Track timelines, deliverables, and ensure quality output
- Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates
- Support in identifying upsell opportunities and new business pitches
- Maintain documentation, scopes, and project trackers
