Job Title: Residential Sales Engineer (Automation & Instrumentation)

Location: Mumbai & Konkan Region

Experience Required: 6 to7 year

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Engineer with strong experience in industrial automation and instrumentation project/product sales. The role involves developing business opportunities across the Mumbai, Konkan & Goa regions, managing key accounts, and driving sales growth in process industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales of automation systems and instrumentation solutions in the assigned territory for process industry domain
- Manage the project sales cycle from lead generation to order finalization, including techno-commercial discussions
- Develop and expand business with End Users, EPC contractors and consultants, and process industries
- Handle and process OEM sales and build long-term partnerships
- Identify new opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Maintain regular updates and accurate data in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation,



technical support, and execution
- Achieve sales targets and ensure timely collections

Key Requirements:

- 6 to 7 years of experience in Automation & Primary Instrumentation project sales
- Strong knowledge of industrial automation products (PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD) and field instruments (flow, pressure, level, temperature, etc.)
- Positive understanding of process industry segments such as Pharma, Chemical, Food & Beverage, etc.
- Established a network with End Users, EPCs, consultants, and OEMs in Mumbai & Konkan region
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently

Preferred Qualification:

- Bachelors Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent
