Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Java Developer with 6-7 years of experience to design, develop, and lead the delivery of scalable and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have solid technical expertise in Java-based technologies along with leadership experience in managing development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and secure applications
- Mentor and guide a team of developers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and delivery
- Ensure code quality through reviews and best practices
- Drive architecture decisions and technical solutions

Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services
- Knowledge of databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
- Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologie
Qualifications:
