Role Overview:

Narayana Infra is looking for a Female Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls related to real estate projects. The role focuses on interacting with customer leads, providing accurate project information, and coordinating with the sales team to support conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer enquiries professionally
- Explain project details, pricing, and offers clearly to clients
- Maintain proper call records and update lead status regularly
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers

Requirements:

- Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, or English (any one or more preferred)
- Polite, confident, and customer-friendly approach
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or CRM tools is an advantage
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
