Responsibilities -

- Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, respiratory therapists, and pharmacists.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with life-threatening conditions.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Perform invasive procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, and dialysis.
- Communicate effectively with patients' families regarding condition and care plans.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols.
- Participate in patient rounds, case discussions, and medical education initiatives.
