Sales Engineer - Industrial Automation (South India)

Qualifications & Experience

- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
- 3–5 years of experience in technical sales of Industrial Automation, Motion Control components, or Special Purpose Machines
- Prior sales experience in the Pharma, Packaging, or Automation industries is preferred
- Based in Bangalore with a robust regional network across South India
- Languages: Kannada & Tamil (mandatory), English (mandatory), Hindi (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert leads by engaging customers across major industrial hubs in South India
- Understand customer technical requirements and coordinate with the Mumbai Head Office (HO) for technical evaluation and offer preparation
- Manage end-to-end customer relationships—from initial contact through post-sales support; offer submission and negotiations handled by HO
- Conduct routine visits to existing Key Accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
- Travel extensively within South India and visit the Mumbai Head Office every 2–3 months or as required
