We are looking for an AI Enablement Specialist & Trainer a digital native who lives and breathes AI, understands how to build and operate autonomous AI agents, and enjoys teaching others how to use them effectively.

If you are someone who spends hours exploring new AI workflows, testing agentic frameworks, and breaking down complex ideas into simple, digestible steps for non-technical people, this role is built for you.

Position Details

- Role Type: Full-time / High-Impact

- Target Experience: 0–3 Years (Fresh Graduates & Early-Career Tech Talent Encouraged to Apply)

- Location: Remote/ Hybrid - Noida, India

- Domain: AI Operations, Training & Organizational Enablement

Key Responsibilities

- Mastering AI Workflows: Hands-on operation, testing, and optimization of AI agents and automated workflows (e.g., custom GPTs, workflow automation tools, agentic platforms).

- Training & Enablement: Design and conduct practical, easy-to-follow training sessions, live walkthroughs, and workshops for team members and external stakeholders.

- Content & Documentation: Create bite-sized video guides, step-by-step documentation, and visual cheat sheets explaining how to prompt and manage AI agents.

- Communication & Support:



Act as the first point of contact for team queries on AI usage, helping non-technical users troubleshoot prompt errors and streamline daily tasks.

- Trend Spotting: Keep up with fast-moving AI tool releases, test their viability, and share practical recommendations on what to adopt next.

What We Are Looking For

- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication transparent, expressive, and patient when explaining tech concepts to non-tech folks.

- AI Tool Fluency: Strong hands-on experience using modern AI tools, LLM interfaces, and agentic workflows (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Zapier/Make AI workflows, or custom agent setups).

- Teaching & Presentation Ability: Ability to present confidently on video or in front of a live group without over-complicating things with unnecessary jargon.

- Tech-Savvy & Curious: Naturally fast at picking up new software platforms and experimenting with automated prompts.

- Mindset: Proactive, empathetic, structured, and detail-oriented.

Bonus Points If You Have

- Experience creating short-form video content, tutorial recordings (Loom, YouTube, TikTok/Reels style), or slide decks.

- Background in Computer Science, Communications, Technical Writing, or Digital Media.

- Prior experience hosting workshops, webinars, or peer-mentoring sessions.
