About the Opportunity

As an HR Intern (Remote), you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our people operations while gaining hands-on experience in up-to-date HR tech stacks, candidate experience design, and scalable talent processes.

Role & Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end recruitment cycles: posting roles, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining ATS records.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires including digital documentation, asset provisioning, and welcome kit coordination.
- Assist in designing and deploying candidate experience surveys, feedback loops, and engagement initiatives.
- Track and report key HR metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance) using Excel or HR dashboards.
- Help maintain employee records, update HR databases, and ensure compliance with internal policies and data governance standards.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote internal mobility, culture initiatives, and remote work best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

- MS Office Suite
- Google Workspace
- ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Freshteam, Zoho Recruit)
- HRIS tools (e.g., BambooHR, Keka)
- LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Data Validation)
- Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle
- Strong written communication skills

Preferred

- Familiarity with LMS or onboarding platforms (e.g., Enboarder, Sapling)
- Experience with employee engagement surveys (e.g., Officevibe, CultureAmp)
- Exposure to compliance frameworks like GDPR or Indian Labour Codes
